Everyone had a super Saturday and we are now gearing up for day three of Lakes Alive!

Hope to see you all in Kendal.

We are expecting some rain and wind today.

Unfortunately because of the conditions we are unable to show Keep today - the red castle installation at Castle Howe. Apologies to those of you wanting to see Keep.

The good news is all our venues will again be full of fantastic art, performance, music and dance.

The Factory has open studios and a whole array of activities. Lots of these are inside.

Check out Shipping Forecast at Kendal Castle  and take in films and talks at the Shakespeare Centre. The Brewery also has BirdHIVE and much more.

An accessible trail of Lakes Alive takes place today (Sunday) at Abbot Hall 3pm. This will be a fully signed trail.

Due to the rain dance performances have moved indoors (to nearby venues):

* Step Hop House by Folk Dance Remixed: 12 noon and 3.30pm will now take place in the United Reformed Church - on nearby Highgate.

* Cotton by AbouTime Dance Company: 1pm will also now take place in United Reformed Church (instead of Abbot Hall Park). The scheduled performance at Brewery Arts Centre will take place inside the venue instead of outside.

* SKRYF - the amazing letter writing robot - moves from Abbot Hall Park to the ginnels of Kendal. And he will be giving clues to locations of our activities today.

* The Big Make with Michelle Wren and LoveArts Workshops will move into the Abbot Hall Social Centre.

Check out our website / Twitter for up-to-the-moment details of scheduling.

Bring your waterproofs!
