Overview

*Due to expected heavy rain, the Sunday shows have moved indoors: 1pm at United Reformed Church (104 Highgate, Kendal LA9 4HE) and 3pm inside Brewery Arts Centre*

A captivating exploration through dance and sound-illuminating processes of cotton production.

This new work is intertwined with traditional clog dancing, mesmerising sound design and intricate choreography. 

Performers from the local community work with professional dancers.

AbouTime Dance Company is a new, Lancashire based dance theatre company. It is passionate about sharing the spirit of the past through dance and creative collaboration.

The company works with a range of artists to explore heritage and local history, within a range of participatory projects and high quality professional performance.  The work fuses contemporary and cultural dance, design and music, often in non traditional performance spaces.
