The Lake District National Park Authority has today announced the conclusion of its annual cultural event - Lakes Alive.

Move around the musicians and gaze at the mesmerising ‘pool’ screen in this moving experience inspired by the flow of water.
Cross-genre ensemble Propellor present their audio-visual, immersive touring project ‘Loom’, an hour-long live experience combining virtuosic instrumental composition, live electronics, video projection, field recording and site-specific found sounds.

Premiering at Lakes Alive, members of the public have been working with acclaimed composer and ensemble leader Jack McNeill in the lead up to the festival, capturing and interweaving local stories and sounds.
